With 24/7/365 access to our database, through a secure, encrypted web portal, our clients can view the status of their portfolio at any time. Our dashboard and reporting module allow our clients a real time view of services ordered, in progress, completed and approved to name a few. Quite simply, we believe our clients should have 100% visibility of their assets anytime, anywhere. Guardian's property management platform seamlessly integrates with Equator, Yardi P260, various industry platforms well as numerous mobile devices. The platform is both SSAE certified as well as ISO 22301 certified.

Mobile Solutions

With full integration in mobile devices, Guardian provides its vendors the tools to successfully route their day and complete their preservation and inspection work orders. Standard technology solutions for Guardian also include the use of: GEO-tagging: Guardian's selected mobile application validates the location utilizing GPS coordinates, date and time and digitally stamps the photos accordingly. Through the use of Geo-tagging, each inspection and photos have a unique "finger print" which helps eliminate desk topping of inspections and photos. Duplicate Imaging: Photos taken with through the mobile application are automatically stamped with date, time, and GPS location data that are all tamperproof.
